Angela is a passionate and versatile DEI and Talent Manager with a strong track record in team leadership, inclusive workplace initiatives, and stakeholder management. Her experience spans process improvements, employee-focused initiatives, and culture transformation, all aimed at fostering belonging and boosting retention.
With a background in law and international relations, she brings a unique perspective to human resources. Angela’s expertise includes recruiting top talent, onboarding processes, disciplinary procedures, and implementing impactful culture change programs.
Isabel Mora
Isabel has over 17 years of experience in manufacturing and service companies, with a focus on improving employees' quality of life through personal, professional, and family-oriented strategies. Holding a degree in Professional Nursing and specializing in Occupational Health, she has led human and organizational development (HR) initiatives across areas such as recruitment, employer branding, training, employee experience, and occupational safety. Isabel is passionate about advancing mental and cardiovascular health, particularly in Colombia and the United States, and has a strong background in human talent management, driving innovation in employee well-being and social responsibility.
Silvana Gomez
Silvana holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and is a results-driven Learning & Development (L&D) professional with over 11 years of experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee experience and performance, knowledge retention, and engagement. She has a proven ability in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, identifying organizational learning needs, and developing scalable learning solutions. With a strong focus on talent sourcing, operations, and learning, Silvana is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
